HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush System Requirements
Windows 11 only, 30 GB, DLSS 4 and FSR 4, plus EOS and Easy Anti-Cheat on PC.
The PC version of HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush is a Windows 11, DirectX 12, 30 GB install with Epic Online Services for multiplayer and Easy Anti-Cheat sitting on top. Steam and Epic publish the same min and recommended rows. Console targets belong on platforms and performance. Worldwide launch is still September 10, 2026 (Ultimate Early Access September 7); these numbers are the store listing, not a patch recap.
Minimum specifications
Steam’s minimum row is the floor Milestone is willing to support, not a 4K 60 promise.
| Item | Minimum |
|---|---|
| OS | Windows 11 (64-bit) |
| Processor | AMD Ryzen 3 1200 / Intel Core i3-12100 |
| Memory | 8 GB RAM |
| Graphics | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti / AMD Radeon RX 460 |
| DirectX | Version 12 |
| Storage | 30 GB available space |
| Notes | DLSS 4: Super Resolution, DLAA. FSR 4: FSR upscaling |
Read that CPU pairing carefully. A Ryzen 3 1200 is four-thread Zen 1; the Intel example is a 12th-generation Core i3-12100. Those chips are not equals. An older 7700K-class quad-core is below the published Intel example even if your GPU matches a 1050 Ti.
The GPU floor is last-generation 1080p hardware. A GTX 1050 Ti or RX 460 will lean on DLSS 4 Super Resolution or FSR 4. Upscalers sit on the minimum row because they are how that hardware is supposed to cope.
Recommended specifications
| Item | Recommended |
|---|---|
| OS | Windows 11 (64-bit) |
| Processor | AMD Ryzen 5 5600X / Intel Core i5-12400 |
| Memory | 16 GB RAM |
| Graphics | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 / AMD Radeon RX 6600X |
| DirectX | Version 12 |
| Storage | 30 GB available space |
| Notes | DLSS 4: Super Resolution, DLAA. FSR 4: FSR upscaling |
Recommended is the PC analogue of a current-gen home console: six cores, 16 GB of RAM, and a mid-range GPU. DLSS 4 and FSR 4 still appear here. Neither store page publishes a native 4K 120 preset for PC; see the PS5 Pro target on the platforms page.
Storage does not grow between rows. Plan on 30 GB free, plus room for Windows, EOS, and Easy Anti-Cheat. SSD versus HDD is not listed; an SSD is the sane default for sky-jumps between islands.
Windows 11 only
Both rows say Windows 11. There is no Windows 10 footnote. If your PC is still on Windows 10, the published requirement is an OS upgrade, not a driver update. ROG Xbox Ally handhelds sit on the same OS rule. Linux and Steam Deck are not in the store table, so this wiki will not claim them.
Epic Online Services and Easy Anti-Cheat
Steam’s feature list is explicit:
- Requires a third-party account: Epic Online Services (EOS) for online multiplayer. Steam account linking is supported.
- Uses anti-cheat software: Easy Anti-Cheat.
EOS is how a Steam purchase still talks to Epic, Xbox, and PlayStation friends in the cross-play pool (Switch 2 stays out — see platforms). You do not need to buy the Epic SKU to play a Steam copy online.
Easy Anti-Cheat is kernel-level protection on Windows. Store copy does not describe an EAC-free offline installer, so assume the client is part of the PC build. Family Sharing is listed on Steam, but anti-cheat titles sometimes restrict shared-library online launches — check Steam’s rules at purchase time.
Controller recommended
Steam lists full controller support and a developer recommendation to play with a pad. That matches the analog steering in the controls guide and the arcade feel in preview coverage. You can tab through menus with a keyboard. You should not plan a Drifter-heavy Rush Squad around arrow keys.
Before September 10: confirm Windows 11 and 30 GB free, match your CPU to the brand example on your side of the table, turn on DLSS 4 or FSR 4 on a 1050 Ti or RX 460, treat recommended as the real 60 FPS buy advice, and plug in a controller. Then pick a SKU on platforms and compare editions if you want Early Access. Windows 11 plus EOS is the PC contract; the islands are the reward.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is Windows 11 mandatory for the PC version?
Yes. Minimum and recommended both list Windows 11 with no Windows 10 note. Upgrade the OS before treating a GPU upgrade as the fix.
How much storage does Infinite Rush need?
30 GB available space on both rows. That figure does not include extra room for Windows, EOS, or Easy Anti-Cheat.
Do the minimum specs assume DLSS or FSR?
Both lists name DLSS 4 Super Resolution / DLAA and FSR 4. On a GTX 1050 Ti or RX 460, plan to use an upscaler.
What is Epic Online Services used for?
Steam says EOS handles online multiplayer and supports linking to a Steam account. It is the cross-play backbone for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
Will Easy Anti-Cheat run even if I only play offline?
Steam lists Easy Anti-Cheat on the PC build and does not describe an anti-cheat-free offline installer. Expect EAC as part of the install.
